Board Information
The Brazos Country Owners Association meets quarterly on the third Thursday of February, May, August and November.  The February, May and August meetings are at 7:00 pm at the Gordon Memorial Library in Sealy.  The November Board Meeting follows the Annual Meeting held in November at the Hill Center.  Everyone is encouraged to attend the meetings.

 ACC Meetings are held as needed for approvals.  
If you have submitted plans that require a meeting you will be notified in advance,
giving you the date, time and location of the meeting.

Board Meeting Approved and Draft Minutes
 
Minutes are now available under the MEMBER only portion of the website and can be found by clicking on Extras on the Menu Bar.  You will be asked to sign in to view the minutes.  If you have not registered, please take time to do it now and your user name and password will be emailed to you as soon as possible.  This change was made to protect all residents from personal information being placed on the internet.  If you want a copy without getting it from the website, you are welcome to attend the Board Meetings or for a small copy fee you can request a copy form the Property Management Company.
 

2014-2015 Architectural Control Committee (ACC) 
Meets as needed.  The ACC Committee has jurisdiction over all construction, modifications, additions or alterations made to properties in Brazos Country.  The ACC reviews all proposed plans for their compliance with Deed Restrictions and Architectural Guidelines.  ACC approval is required prior to the installation or construction of any improvements or changes to properties.  Applications may be downloaded and printed from the Documents page.  All applications, surveys, drawings, plans, etc... must first be submitted to BCOA, Planned Community Management, Inc., Attn:  Kelly Reznicek, via email kelly.reznicek@STservices.com or mailed to 2002 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 100, Katy, TX 77449. You can reach Kelly at 281-870-0585. Office hours are 8-5 M-F.   After review for completion by the manager, they will be sent by email to the ACC members for review.  Items that can be approved via email will be completed and approval will be forwarded to the applicant.  New homes require a meeting and the property owner will be advised of the date, time and place of the meeting.
