Welcome to the Brazos Country Owners Association website! An informative and user friendly site for all of us, residents and visitors, alike.  As a resident member, you will be able to keep up with current news, events, business matters and even the fun stuff complete with a recipe book, pet directory and photo albums.  As a visitor you can access the important areas regarding deed restrictions, by-laws and other items to help with making decisions to buy in this area.  We welcome everyone to contact the Board through the contact us section with any questions or suggestions.

Very Important -We ask that residents take a minute to register in the Residential Directory so you can access password protected areas.  Our site is password protected so that only Brazos Country residents have access to our directory as well as other information and services.  Once you register you will receive an email with your private password allowing you access to all areas of the website.  If you don't receive it within 24 hours please check your junk email folder.  We hope you enjoy the Association web site and check back often for updates.
Road Repaving and Burn Ban

Roads in Brazos Country will be repaved next week beginning on Tuesday, September 4.  The project should take 3 days, weather permitting and may cause some traffic disruption.
We ask that you avoid discharging grass clippings into the streets when you mow your ditches.

And, as a reminder:  A burn ban is in effect for all of Austin County.  This includes the City of Brazos Country.

Deed Restrictions / Property Inspections

County Clean Up Day is Saturday, October 27, 2018. They will be collecting Household Hazardous Waste and Used Electronics. 
Watch for their setup locations and further details to be announced at a later date.
